Hearing From God
Scripture:
John 10:10; 27-29
1. The first thing out of this passage reveals: God wants you to know His voice because He loves you.
2. The second way God will speak with you is through authority.
3. So here’s the 3rd Thing. If you do he general things God asks of you,
then you’ll know the specific things
you’re supposed to do.
The Centerpiece of Christian faith is:
the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
The fact that Jesus
rose from the dead
gives hope
to His followers
that since death was defeated,
then there is nothing
that cannot be overcome.
As believers,
we identify with Jesus
in His death by dying
to our old self,
and being raised to new life.
